Scratch Repo

Took this idea out of Anthony.

Sometimes you need scripts that have no home in one repo because you want to use them in several places. Also, this is a mix of pre-commit-hooks kind of repo.

For all this, I created a scratch repo! It even has a install script for convenience (couldn't be bothered to make it a python pacakge).

The latest script is the semver script for managing versions across my projects. It takes a string that looks like semver eg.: "1.2.3" and increases the corresponding version.

However, I usually put the version in a file, for example. pyproject.toml. So, I can use Ceej's tomato to extract and re-insert the new version in the file.
